You'll be responsible for

Leading BA planning and execution
Clarifying the problem, shaping the analysis approach, defining scope, mapping inter-dependencies and supporting risk/issue management📝
Facilitating workshops
Capturing current and target states; eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements using Jira, Confluence and Miro🔍
Managing requirements lifecycle
Owning requirements lifecycle management including traceability, functional spec reviews and test scope alignmentWhat we're looking for
📊
5+ years of business analysis experience
Proven experience in complex portfolios within the Superannuation industry.View fit

Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience working in both environments with contemporary BA frameworks.View fit

Proficiency in Miro, Jira, and Confluence
Hands-on experience maintaining robust process libraries and documentation.View fit
