You'll be responsible for

Supervising administrative staff
Providing supervision and guidance to administrative staff to ensure a high level of administrative support is provided to the region.📧
Managing correspondence
Managing and monitoring internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing calls and provide responses aligned with KPIs.📊
Preparing reports
