You'll be responsible for

Driving category strategy

Lead the strategic management of assigned high-value packaging categories across Australia and New Zealand, developing and executing category strategies that reflect business priorities, market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and long-term value opportunities.
🔍

Leading strategic sourcing

Lead end-to-end sourcing activity from opportunity identification through to implementation, including RFX processes, negotiations, supplier selection, contracting in close collaboration with Legal, and execution of agreed outcomes.
🤝

Building business partnerships

Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and other key functions, influencing decision-making, enabling innovation, supporting growth initiatives, and driving end-to-end value creation.
