Creating and delivering comprehensive change management strategies and integrated plans to support business change initiatives.👩🏫
Coaching leaders and teams
Supporting and coaching sponsors, people leaders, and change champions to effectively lead their teams through change.🤝
Partnering with project teams
Collaborating closely with Project/Program Managers and other stakeholders to align change initiatives with business outcomes.Key criteria
