You'll be responsible for

🏠

Delivering integrated child protection services

Providing accountable and collaborative services for complex and sensitive cases while respecting the culture and context of each child and family.

Maintaining case records

Keeping high-quality case records in accordance with departmental case management requirements.
👩‍🏫

Coaching and mentoring

Supporting and advising less experienced Child Safety Officers and Child Safety Support Officers to develop their skills and knowledge.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in social work, human services, or related fields.

Mandatory Blue Card for child safety responsibilities.

C class driver's licence

Valid 'C' class driver's licence for travel to service locations.
