The Senior Claims Consultant position at Marsh is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in Perth. This job is all about supporting the General Claims Manager in delivering efficient claims management services to Members of the LGISWA. With a hybrid work model, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with your team in the office at least three days a week.
You'll be responsible for

Managing claims
Undertaking technical claims management of general claims (liability, property and motor) under the direction of the Manager, General Claims and in accordance with claim management guidelines.🤝
Liaising with external parties
Instructing and liaising with external lawyers and investigators for litigated claims.🔑
Determining policy responses
Making determinations on response of policies to claims received from Members.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience in managing liability, property, or motor claims.View
