Delivering advanced assessments
Conducting advanced assessments, including biopsychosocial, mental state, and risk assessments for higher acuity presentations.📞
Coordinating outreach
Coordinating assertive outreach for new referrals and urgent presentations to ensure timely care.💻
Maintaining EMR records
Maintaining accurate EMR records and ensuring timely collection of outcomes data for quality improvement.Key criteria
🎓
Approved tertiary qualifications
Possession of relevant qualifications and professional registration with AHPRA or AASW.View
🧠
3+ years mental health experience
Demonstrated experience in youth early psychosis and co-occurring concerns.View
