The Senior Mental Health Clinician plays a vital role in the Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, providing high-quality, recovery-focused assessment and treatment for young people aged 0 to 25 years. This job is all about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families through evidence-based practices. The team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that everyone feels supported and empowered.

You'll be responsible for

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Facilitating group sessions

To facilitate multi-week group evidence-based sessions for parents/carers of children accessing Infant, Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Services.
🛠️

Co-designing sessions

To assist in the co-design and ongoing evaluation of the sessions leading to adaptations where required to meet the needs of parents, families and children.
🌟

Providing support and guidance

Provide ongoing support, guidance and leadership to Mental Health Clinicians in the Programs Team.

Postgraduate qualification

Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in mental health.
