You'll be responsible for
👩⚕️
Providing clinical leadership
Provide senior clinical leadership within Social Work service provision for palliative care patients in ambulatory care settings, including optimisation of care delivery.🌱
Mentoring staff
Support the mentoring and development of staff including the provision of supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements.🧩
Problem solving
Demonstrate ability to independently problem solve and apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multidisciplinary team.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work
Eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.View

Advanced clinical experience in palliative care
Significant experience providing social work services at Level 2 or higher.View
