Analysing sales, gross margin and profitability performance across customers, segments, channels and territories.

Identifying drivers

Identifying key drivers of performance including price, mix, volume, discounting and cost impacts.

Leading forecasting

Leading the monthly AGP forecasting process, partnering with stakeholders to improve forecast quality and accuracy.
