Supporting the Head of Compliance to ensure the Compliance Function and the Compliance Risk Management Framework operates effectively and meets regulatory expectations.📜
Maintaining Afterpay's Australian Credit Licence
Maintaining Afterpay's Australian Credit Licence, including governance, compliance oversight and due diligence, and the compilation and submission of the annual compliance certificate requirements with ASIC.📊
Management of monitoring and reporting activities
Management of all monitoring, reporting, audit and testing activities, including all reporting to our regulators, Board and internal Governance committees.Key criteria
