Responsible for making sure all contractual matters are properly and effectively negotiated, documented, and implemented according to company standards.

Managing disputes and litigation

Overseeing and managing disputes and litigation as they arise, ensuring effective resolution.

Identifying and evaluating legal risks

Proactively identifying and evaluating legal and related commercial risks and opportunities, recommending strategies to limit risks and capture opportunities.

Key criteria

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Contract Law, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering.
