Providing support and addressing day-to-day issues and queries from Private Enterprise team members in relation to Corporate Secretarial work, including monitoring of CorpSec email inbox.

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including ASIC, clients, and teams from all Grant Thornton Australia offices.

Tracking ASIC lodgements

Tracking and management of ASIC lodgements, following up with clients as required to ensure that lodgement due dates are met.

Corporate secretarial experience

Significant experience in corporate secretarial or governance roles.
