You will manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels.

Refining multi-channel communications

You will continuously refine our multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Defining customer lifecycle

You will support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and help define the contact strategies across all customer touch-points.

Key criteria

📈

2-3 years of digital marketing and CRM experience

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and CRM environments.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience with email service providers

Familiarity with ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
