Designing and building data models
Creating data models that power insights connecting engagement, performance, hierarchy, and retention data.đ
Building analytical data models in ClickHouse
Optimising models for complex queries across millions of survey responses and workforce events.đ¤
Collaborating with data scientists
Bringing statistical and ML models into production through teamwork.What we're looking for

Strong SQL and data modelling skills
Proven experience designing efficient data schemas and optimizing query performance.View fit
