You'll be responsible for

Supporting technical administration

Support the technical administration, configuration, database performance, data integrity and day-to-day operation of enterprise business applications, including Practice Management and Document Management platforms.

Acting as primary contact

Act as the primary point of contact for system-related incidents, service requests and escalations.
📝

Providing technical input

Provide technical input into system roadmaps, database improvements and platform enhancements aligned with firm strategy and business priorities.

Key criteria

Database administration experience

5+ years of experience in database administration and SQL.
