You'll be responsible for

Leading design and development
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of high-impact, large-scale enterprise learning experiences using various delivery methods.🤝
Partnering with leaders
Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify strategic capability priorities and build responsive learning solutions.📈
Evaluating learning initiatives
Lead the evaluation of learning initiatives, tracking activity and analytics to continuously optimize programs.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in relevant field
Degree in Adult Education, HR, Psychology, or equivalent experience.View

Experience leading large-scale learning projects
Proven track record in highly regulated environments.View
