About the job

The Monda Company is on the lookout for a Senior Designer to lead our product design and development team in creating exciting merchandise. This role is all about concepting fresh ideas and transforming them into commercially successful collections, while leading and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. With new collections always in development and product categories constantly changing, you’ll work across a genuine variety of creative projects and see your ideas come to life—from initial concept through to real, physical products. If you thrive on creativity, strategic thinking and leading others, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

You'll be responsible for

Developing creative concepts

Creating innovative ideas for new product collections that align with brand strategy and seasonal objectives.

Leading and mentoring design teams

Providing ongoing direction and feedback to a team of designers and illustrators throughout the product development process.

Managing timelines and workflows

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief while overseeing the design and execution of various products.
