About the job

This job is about providing senior technical leadership for VCAT's Case Management System platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The impact of this role is significant, as it ensures the ongoing reliability and continuous improvement of the CMS platform, aligning technical design with enterprise architecture standards. The team values collaboration and innovation, working together to deliver exceptional service to the Victorian community.

You'll be responsible for

Leading design of technical solutions

Leading end-to-end design of complex technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Providing technical leadership

Providing technical leadership to development teams through code reviews, technical standards, and mentoring to ensure high quality.

Driving continuous improvement

Driving continuous improvement of the CMS platform to enhance service delivery outcomes.
