You'll be responsible for

Developing cost estimates

Develop accurate first-principles electrical cost estimates using market data, pricing benchmarks, and industry-standard estimating tools.

Reviewing contractor pricing

Review and analyse contractor pricing, tenders and cost proposals to identify gaps, risks, and alignment with project scope.

Maintaining pricing schedules

Maintain up-to-date electrical pricing schedules, databases and estimate documentation in digital collaboration platforms.

Electrical background with licence

Solid electrical background with an Electrical Trades Licence preferred.
