Mentoring engineers

Mentor early engineers and influence the long-term technical culture.

Skills you'll need

💻

Backend engineering experience

5+ years of backend engineering experience in high-performance or deep-tech environments.

Programming languages

Strong in Python, Go or Java with a tech-agnostic mindset welcome.
☁️

Cloud experience

Deep cloud experience, preferably AWS; Azure/GCP also valued.
