Leading and growing the User Platform group

As a senior leader in the Product Platform supergroup, you will oversee four teams and approximately 40 engineers, guiding them towards success.

Setting the strategic direction for backend identity systems

You will be responsible for defining the approach to authentication, user access, and account services, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Championing security, scalability, and performance

Your focus will be on maintaining high standards across user platform services, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and perform optimally.

Skills you'll need

Technical background in distributed backend systems

A strong foundation in distributed backend systems, ideally with experience in authentication or platform infrastructure, is essential for this job.

Leadership experience in engineering teams
