Leading ERP initiatives
Leading the end-to-end delivery of ERP initiatives, including upgrades and cloud migrations, ensuring outcomes are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.š
Coordinating delivery
Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams such as data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, training and change.š¤
Managing ERP partners
Managing ERP implementation partners, system integrators and vendors, including delivery performance, RAID management and commercial oversight.Key criteria

Experience delivering corporate finance systems initiatives in complex environments.View

Proven capability from discovery through to hypercare.View
