You'll be responsible for

Proactively deliver Facilities Management Services for the Surgical Treatment & Rehabilitation Services (STARS) hospital, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer experience.

Managing operational expenditure

Provide strategic oversight of operational expenditure to ensure alignment with approved budgets and contractual requirements.
👥

Leading a team

Lead, develop, and coach a team of technical/trades staff to ensure effective service delivery and performance outcomes.

Key criteria

Facility management experience

5+ years in complex facility management roles.
