You'll be responsible for

Acting as a finance partner

Act as a dedicated finance partner to Marketing and Product, translating financials into simple insights and helping teams understand key drivers of margin, LTV, and performance.

Providing data-driven insights

Use customer, marketing, and financial data to identify opportunities and recommend optimisations.

Empowering decision-making

Empower teams to move quickly by setting financial guardrails, KPIs, and decision frameworks that balance speed with control.

Key criteria

5+ years in finance

Experience in FP&A or commercial finance within growth teams.
