Leading budget preparation
Leading the preparation of annual property budgets and coordinating internal and owner budget review meetings to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.📊
Coordinating asset planning
Coordinating the quarterly Asset Planning process, including pre-forecast meetings, financial modeling in MRI SP, and timely submission of comprehensive Asset Plan packs.Key criteria
