You'll be responsible for

Writing clean code
Write clean, scalable, and testable code as a Frontend Engineer (primarily React, Next.js) to deliver seamless, high-performance frontend interfaces.🛠️
Building UI components
Build and maintain UI components within Culture Amp’s Kaizen design system, collaborating with designers and other engineers in your team.🏆
Coaching developers
Coach other developers—raising the bar for engineering excellence within the team.Key criteria

Frontend development experience with React and Next.js
Demonstrated experience building scalable web applications using React and Next.js.View
🔒
Web architecture and security knowledge
Strong fundamentals in web architecture, scalability, and security practices.View

Experience with design systems
