You'll be responsible for

Owning technical onboarding

Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers, including EMR integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration.
🛠️

Building custom workflows

Work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows that fit how care is actually delivered.
⚙️

Diagnosing technical issues

Be the escalation point for complex technical issues, diagnosing problems across the stack and coordinating with engineering.

Key criteria

💻

4+ years in technical roles

Experience in forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer-facing roles.

Proficient coding skills

Ability to write code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

Integration protocols knowledge

Strong understanding of REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and ideally FHIR/HL7.
