You'll be responsible for

Leading and mentoring the geotechnical team, ensuring their development and overseeing projects.

Developing standards

Developing and maintaining standards for ground control, support, mining methods, and extraction sequencing.

Conducting geotechnical analysis

Undertaking geotechnical analysis using Rock Mass Classification systems and numerical modeling.

Key criteria

Geotechnical engineering experience

Minimum of 6 years in underground and open pit mining.
