You'll be responsible for

Identifying causes of WHS incidents

Playing a key role in identifying both direct and indirect causes of Work Health and Safety incidents to enhance safety measures.
🚦

Leading WHS investigations

Leading investigations into WHS incidents and sharing learnings with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
🏗️

Promoting safety culture

Actively promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Management Systems across the organisation.

Key criteria

📜

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Work Health and Safety or related discipline.
