Creating programs that strengthen engagement and foster a high-performance culture while monitoring site culture to support business goals and employee satisfaction.

Providing HR advice and compliance support

Offering professional HR advice, monitoring IR changes, and ensuring site compliance with relevant legislation and reporting requirements.

🎓

Degree in HR or related field

Possession of a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
