You'll be responsible for

Driving time-to-first-value for enterprise customers
Owning end-to-end delivery of complex implementations, ensuring on-time delivery within the activation window, in-scope, and aligned to agreed outcomes and controls.🔄
Translating customer objectives into scalable configurations
Creating data designs and survey/program setups that align with HR systems, processes, and governance requirements.📊
Leading project planning and execution
Defining milestones, roles, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned to the Success Plan and timeline.Key criteria

Project management experience (2-4 years)
Demonstrated experience managing and implementing projects in customer-facing roles.View
