The Senior Instructional Designer plays a crucial role in leading the design and development of high-quality learning programs that enhance capabilities across SafeWork NSW. This position is vital for creating both accredited and non-accredited training, including the flagship New Inspector Training Program. The team values collaboration and innovation, working together to ensure impactful learning experiences.

You'll be responsible for

Leading design and development

Leading the design and development of high-quality learning resources and assessment tools for accredited and non-accredited programs.

Partnering with SMEs

Partnering with subject matter experts to translate technical and operational content into clear, engaging, learner-centred training.

Evaluating program effectiveness

Evaluating program effectiveness, analysing data and reporting insights to governance committees to guide improvements.
