You'll be responsible for

Driving intelligence-led compliance outcomes

Helping to drive intelligence-led, evidence-based compliance outcomes by analysing business performance data, identifying trends and risks, and delivering reporting, systems and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making across State Significant Development, State Significant Infrastructure and other regulated projects in NSW.

Developing systems and policies

Contributing to the development and improvement of systems, policies, procedures and programs, while collaborating with stakeholders across government to support information sharing, improve business processes and strengthen compliance outcomes.

Providing clear advice

Balancing competing priorities, managing complex information and providing clear, practical advice that helps shape the effectiveness of NSW Planning Compliance.
