The Investment Operations Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of Perpetual’s investment and portfolio data. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across daily investment operations, data quality, reconciliation processes, and operational risk management. The team thrives on collaboration, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to support smooth investment processes.

You'll be responsible for

📊

Maintaining investment data

Maintaining enterprise-wide investment and portfolio data across multiple asset classes to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Performing reconciliations

Performing daily portfolio reconciliations between front- and back-office systems for all Perpetual portfolios.
⚠️

Investigating issues

Investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks, trade flow issues, and static data exceptions, escalating where appropriate.
