As the Senior IT Services Manager, you will provide senior leadership across IT Service Management (ITSM), End User Computing (EUC) and Field Services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational resilience and a positive end-user experience across the organisation.🚀
Driving service improvement initiatives
You will lead high-performing teams, drive service improvement initiatives, optimise platforms and vendor partnerships, and provide executive-level insights into service performance, risks and opportunities.🔗
Aligning technology services
Work closely with DigiTech leaders, business units and external partners to uplift service maturity, embed best-practice ITSM processes and align technology services with Anglicare’s strategic and digital transformation goals.Key criteria

Strong leadership experience in ITSM or EUC
Demonstrated leadership in complex IT environments is essential.View
