Overseeing lease administration
Manage WIP, debtors reporting, CPI/fixed increases, lease obligation summaries, and data accuracy across systems.💰
Managing invoices and expenditures
Approve workflows, manage exceptions, review rent rolls, reconcile outgoings, and ensure timely payments.🤝
Engaging stakeholders
Liaise with landlords, agents, solicitors, internal teams, and client groups to ensure seamless service delivery.Key criteria
