You'll be responsible for

Owning content QA/QC processes
Establishing, maintaining, and executing rigorous quality control workflows for legal content creation, updates, and automation templates.✏️
Reviewing & validating legal content
Conducting detailed reviews of legal templates, precedents, and workflows to ensure accuracy, formatting, and desired functionality before publication.🤝
Collaborating on pipeline improvements
Working closely with the Legal Content Automation Manager and other Legal Content stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and strengthen content quality and related processes to elevate customer experience.
