You'll be responsible for

Drafting agreements
Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial and technology agreements.📜
Advising on governance
Advise on corporate governance, privacy, employment, IP, real property, dispute resolution and AI-related matters.📈
Supporting strategic initiatives
Work closely with senior leadership and the Board on strategic initiatives.What we're looking for

4–8 years PQE experience
Demonstrated experience in top-tier private practice and in-house settings.View fit
