You'll be responsible for

Play a key role in shaping a high performing, trusted legal function that enables PEXA to deliver on its strategic ambitions.

Providing strategic advice

Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing confident, pragmatic advice on complex Australian regulatory matters impacting the group.

Managing M&A activity

Lead and advise on M&A activity, strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, minority investments and group financing arrangements in Australia.
