You'll be responsible for

Reviewing contracts
Reviewing and advising on head contracts, early works contracts, consultant agreements, and key supply/service agreements to ensure legal compliance and risk management.🛠️
Supporting procurement activities
Assisting in procurement processes, including tender conditions and contract documentation, to facilitate future works and services.💼
Providing legal advice
Offering legal guidance on contract administration issues, claims, and compliance with aviation and environmental laws to protect the organization's interests.Key criteria

Law degree and admission
Possession of a law degree and admission to practice in Australia.View

10+ years PQE
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in legal practice.View
