You'll be responsible for

Advising stakeholders
Advising partners and senior stakeholders on commercial legal matters and legal profession compliance, including the identification and management of conflicts of interest.📄
Contract management
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts such as client engagement terms, supplier agreements, confidentiality agreements, escrow agreements, and reliance letters.⚠️
Risk management
Proactive management of commercial and compliance risks, providing clear recommendations and practical solutions.Key criteria

8+ years post-qualification experience
Demonstrated experience in in-house legal counsel or similar roles.View

Strong knowledge of Australian contract law
Proven understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance.View
