You'll be responsible for

Providing expert legal advice
Delivering legal advice on regulatory obligations related to SOCI Act, Privacy Act, and APRA Prudential Standards.🔒
Collaborating with business and external providers
Working on cyber security simulations and providing strategic advice on AI governance.✍️
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Ensuring the legal rights of Australian Retirement Trust are protected through careful drafting and negotiation.Key criteria
📜
Tertiary qualifications in law
Possession of a current unrestricted practising certificate as an Australian Legal Practitioner.View
⚖️
Extensive post-admission experience
Demonstrated experience with a law firm or financial services provider in superannuation.View
📚
Knowledge of financial services legislation
Understanding of Commonwealth and State legislation related to superannuation and life insurance.View
