Leading the review and negotiation of commercial contracts

Advising on agreements relating to consulting and technology
Providing strategic legal advice on various agreements, ensuring compliance and risk management.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders across the firm
Working closely with diverse teams to deliver practical legal solutions and support business growth.Key criteria

5+ years PQE in commercial law
Proven experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law.View
