Your days will see you preparing high-quality credit submissions, memorandums, business review papers and annual reviews, overseeing program compliance and portfolio monitoring, and contributing to insightful reporting and analysis.

Acting as a risk partner

You’ll act as a trusted 1st line of defence risk partner while helping drive sustainable portfolio growth.

Mentoring team members

You’ll be encouraged and supported to influence how we do things better—supporting continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to policy refinement and mentoring junior team members as a senior voice in the team.
