Preparing credit submissions
Your days will see you preparing high-quality credit submissions, memorandums, business review papers and annual reviews, overseeing program compliance and portfolio monitoring, and contributing to insightful reporting and analysis.🔍
Acting as a risk partner
You’ll act as a trusted 1st line of defence risk partner while helping drive sustainable portfolio growth.👩🏫
Mentoring team members
You’ll be encouraged and supported to influence how we do things better—supporting continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to policy refinement and mentoring junior team members as a senior voice in the team.Key criteria
