You'll be responsible for

Receive, respond to, and effectively resolve pre-litigation and litigation disputes raised by customers.

Guide specialists in managing and responding to requests for internal reviews and disputes.

Developing litigation strategies

Liaise with leaders to determine litigation strategies for pre-litigation and litigation matters.
