The Senior Maintenance Leader will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team at the new Robotics Fulfillment Center in Craigieburn. This job is all about driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation while fostering team development and collaboration. The team thrives on hands-on problem-solving and continuous improvement, ensuring that robotics systems operate at peak performance.

You'll be responsible for

Leading the maintenance team

Overseeing the maintenance team, mentoring direct reports, and taking ownership of annual reporting responsibilities.

Implementing safety programs

Partnering with site leadership to implement and audit safety and statutory compliance programs, owning legal responsibilities as the site engineering lead.

Planning for future growth

Collaborating with site management and internal design teams to plan for upgrades and new equipment rollouts.
