Lead the design and delivery of automated and pre-approved credit strategies across all business lending products.

Driving automated decisioning

Drive expansion of automated decisioning across Business Lending, increasing the proportion of straight through decisions while ensuring alignment to risk appetite.

Developing AI capabilities

Develop and embed AI enabled credit capabilities, applying data and emerging AI techniques to improve credit decisioning, customer outcomes, and efficiency.

Credit risk experience

7+ years of experience in credit risk, ideally in lending.
