This job is all about owning and evolving JOLT's commercial data, insights, and measurement capabilities across ANZ, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders. The team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a hands-on approach, making a visible impact in a high-growth environment.

You'll be responsible for

📈

Owning data and insights

Owning and continuously evolving JOLT's data, insights and measurement capability across ANZ, including audience planning, attribution, reporting and campaign measurement.
⚙️

Building AI systems

Designing, building and continuously improving AI agents, automations and workflows that reduce manual effort, improve quality and enable the capability to scale.
🤝

Partnering with Sales

Partnering with the ANZ Sales team on strategic media briefs, pitches and major client opportunities, using AI to accelerate insight generation, strengthen recommendations and improve response times.
