The Senior Manager, FCC Risk Assessments is a pivotal position within the Financial Crime Compliance team, focusing on enhancing risk assessment capabilities across the Group. This job is all about driving innovation through AI and automation while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. Collaboration is key, as the team partners with various units to deliver effective risk management solutions.

You'll be responsible for

Leading financial crime risk assessment activities

Lead and deliver Financial Crime risk assessment activities, including Product and Channel Risk Assessments (PCRAs), Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), Compliance Self-Assessments (CSAs) and the Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA).

Developing risk assessment methodologies

Develop and continuously improve risk assessment methodologies, standard operating procedures, templates, governance processes and reporting capabilities.

Monitoring regulatory developments

Monitor regulatory developments, AUSTRAC guidance and industry practices to ensure risk assessment frameworks remain contemporary, compliant and fit for purpose.
